All products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised. We may cancel an order if we detect fraud, a pricing error or if we cannot verify the delivery details — in every case you are refunded in full.

5. Guarantee

Every product carries the manufacturer's guarantee stated on its product page. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear.
