How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. After that, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days across England and Wales, and up to 8 for remote postcodes. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.
My tracking has not updated. Is that normal?
Yes, for the first 24 hours after dispatch, and occasionally for a day or two while a parcel moves between depots. If nothing changes for more than 5 working days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for the full process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Everything ships in plain outer packaging with nothing on the outside identifying the contents.
Is it safe to buy here?
